Magic appears to have caught the Burley disease of leaving it far too late to make changes. Don't get me wrong, there's a lot that Jim is getting right and we are still in a position that could take us to the Prem, but do people agree that Jim needs to try plan B sooner?
Just in case anyone reads this who wasn't in the North Stand today, the assistant ref needed glasses. There were three occasions that he had to decide whether the ball had crossed the line beyond the near post and he got all three wrong! First, a QPR shot was played back in from a yard or more behind the line and he didn't signal and we nearly scored down the other end (it sould have been a goal kick). Second, Camp stopped a ball and it hardly touched the line but he gave a corner. The last one was when Garvan's corner came back off the inside of the post; Shumi nodded the rebound in and it was cleared from at least a yard over the line. Unfortunately he last one was the one that cost us the win. Of course the real reason we didn't win was because we failed to take advantage of QPR's woeful defending and the chances we created more than the dreadful standard of decisions.
